Electric Outage Texting
Text START to 70216. Your mobile number(s) MUST be listed on your account in order to register via text.
- Up to two mobile numbers per account may be registered for outage texting.
- If your mobile number(s) are not on your account, you can add them by either logging into "My Account" or call us Monday thru Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 1-800-451-5474.

STATUS - Check your current outage status.
STOPOUT - Stops outage notification messages from being sent to this mobile number. You can re-start notifications by texting START.
