  • You can opt out at anytime
  • If your mobile number(s) are not on your account, you can add them by either logging into "My Account" or call us Monday thru Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 1-800-451-5474.

OUT – To report an outage.

STATUS – Check your current outage status.

STOPOUT –  Stops outage notification messages from being sent to this mobile number. You can re-start notifications by texting START.
