1. Eligibility
   • Employees of Blue Ridge Energy, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of employees are not eligible to participate in the contest.
   • Only one entry per participant.
2. Agreement to Rules
   • By participating, the participant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Blue Ridge Energy as final and binding as it relates to the content of this contest.
   • The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
   • Violators will be removed from the contest, stripped of any prize(s), and banned from entering future contests.
   • By entering the contest, entrants agree that photos submitted can be used by Blue Ridge Energy for advertising purposes.
3. Submission Requirements
   • The photos must be in its original state and cannot be altered in any way, including but not limited to removing, adding, reversing, or distorting subjects within the frame.
   • Entries will not be accepted unless submitted via the official contest channel. Entries not submitted through the proper channel will be deleted.
   • Submissions will not be accepted once the deadline lapses.
4. Submission Period
   • Entries will be accepted through the official contest channel beginning on June 1, 2021, and ending on June 20, 2021 at 5pm EST. All entries must be received by June 20, 2021 at 5pm EST.
5. Official Contest Channel
   • Entries must be made through the entry form on the official contest channel; linked to at the bottom of this page.
   • The entry must fulfill all contest requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize.
   • Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Blue Ridge Energy.
   • You may enter only once.
   • You must provide the information requested.
   • You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.
   • If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Blue Ridge Energy.
6. Blue Ridge Energy Review Period
   • After the Submission Period ends, Blue Ridge Energy will review entries internally and will select Finalists for public voting.
   • Entries will be judged by Blue Ridge Energy. All decisions are final. The company reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate or does not conform to stated contest rules.
   • The Finalists will be announced and open to public voting at a date no earlier than June 23, 2021.
7. Public Voting Period
   • After Blue Ridge Energy reviews and selects the Finalists, they will be opened up to public voting.
   • Voting will be subject to the rules and restrictions of the official contest channel.
   • Participants are encouraged to share and invite others to vote on their entry.
   • You may vote only once.
   • You must provide the information requested.
   • You may not vote more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.
   • If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Blue Ridge Energy.
   • The Public Voting Period will last no less than one week.
   • The Winner will be announced within three business days following the end of the Public Voting Period.
8. Number of Entries
   • If the contest receives a limited number of entries, the Public Voting Period may be forgone in favor of a Winner being selected at the sole discretion of Blue Ridge Energy. 
9. Prize
   • The prize awarded to the winner will be a $100 Visa Gift Card that can be used for purchases anywhere that a standard Visa card is accepted. Blue Ridge Energy in no way requires the prize to be used on Blue Ridge Energy products or services.
   • The prize must be collected by the winner and is nontransferable.
   • The winner will be notified via the email address provided during entry.
   • If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, and/or if no response is received after three business days, a new winner will be selected, and the previous winner will forfeit all rights to the prize.
   • The winner must make arrangements to pick up the prize at one of the five Blue Ridge Energy Showroom locations during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm est). The prize will not be mailed.
   • Blue Ridge Energy shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
   • Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner.
   • No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Blue Ridge Energy to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
   • Receipt by Winner of the prize offered in this contest is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY WINNER (at Blue Ridge Energy’s sole discretion) WILL RESULT IN WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE CONTEST, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
