To apply, send pictures or copies of:
- Completed Appliance or Weatherization Rebate Form
- Detailed receipt or contractor invoice
- Energy Star® label for appliances
- Product serial number
- Your name, phone number and address

Energy Saver NC
Big Savings for Qualified Households:
Looking for ways to make your home more comfortable and energy efficient? Energy Saver North Carolina may be able to help.
This state-administered program offers rebates to income-eligible homeowners and renters for qualifying energy-saving upgrades such as heat pumps, insulation, air sealing, electrical panel improvements, heat pump water heaters, and other efficiency projects. Eligible households may qualify for thousands of dollars in rebates to help lower energy costs and improve home comfort. [deq.nc.gov]
Energy Saver NC includes two rebate pathways:
- HOMES (Homeowners Managing Efficiency Savings) – Rebates for whole-home energy efficiency improvements.
- HEAR (Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates) – Rebates for qualifying electric appliances and home electrification projects.
Blue Ridge Energy does not administer these rebates, but we want members to be aware of this opportunity to save.
