Since the beginning of COVID-19, Blue Ridge Energy made the decision to suspend disconnects, waive late fees and offer special payment plans to assist our members and customers during this difficult time. While the decision had already been made to extend these special circumstances until August, Gov. Cooper issued a new Executive Order 142 on May 30 outlining the same timeline. We encourage everyone (including Flexpay members) to continue paying your energy bill to avoid a large balance at the end of this crisis. Call us at 1-800-451-5474 to set up a special payment plan.
Never run out of propane when you’re grilling out or heating your home or shower water. Blue Ridge Energy has several delivery options for you to choose from. With our auto-fill delivery service, propane refills are easy and convenient. Blue Ridge keeps an eye on your tank, and will plan on delivering a refill when needed.
Will Call Delivery lets you decide when you want us to show up and refill your tank. As a general rule of thumb, you should give us a ring when your tank is about 25% empty (or full if you’re an optimist). We will deliver within 3 to 5 business days after you call to request a refill.
